Here are some answers to commonly asked questions:

Q: What will we be doing for our first session?
A: We will evaluate your current fitness level which will involve checking for muscle imbalances
and postural deviations, measuring body fat percentage, and doing a few strength exercises. We
will also discuss what you hope to accomplish at the gym. Please contact me via phone or e-mail
for scheduling.

Q: Do you charge for the first session?
A: There is no charge for the initial consultation session.

Q: Where will training sessions occur?
A: I train independently, based out of Hi-Fi Fitness in Chicago [Click on the link to view a map
of this Near North location]. I also have my own personal training studio in Frankfort, IL.

Q: Is parking available?
A: There is free street parking and $5 lot parking available at Hi-Fi. Parking is free at the Frankfort 


Q: Are there any other fees I should be aware of?
A: There are no additional membership fees for any personal training facility.

Q: Can you travel to my house to train me?
A: I offer in-home personal training services exclusively for people in the Chicago and Frankfort 

areas. An extra fee may be applied if metered parking is the only parking available in the area.

Q: How do I pay for my sessions?
A: I request that full payment be made in the form of cash or check at the time of your first session. 

If other payment options are necessary I will make an effort to accommodate.

Q: Do I have to use my sessions within a certain period of time?
A: Training sessions expire one year after date of purchase.

Q: Do I have to use a certain number of sessions per week?

A: There is no required frequency for training sessions.

Q: What do I need to bring to my first session?
A: Comfortable clothes and a positive attitude.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: Sessions which are not canceled at least 24 hours in advance of their scheduled time will
be forfeited.

Q: How often do I need to work out for noticeable weight loss?
A: For maximal results it is recommended clients work out 4-5 times per week, at least 2 days of
which are strength training workouts with a trainer.
