In April 2002 I was diagnosed with stage-III Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma. I have been in remission since November 2002 and I attribute much of this to the regular fitness program I adopted upon diagnosis. My routine consisted of moderate resistance training and cardio 3-4 times a week. I combined this with a specific nutrition program, and after a few months I started to feel like the healthiest person alive!
My mission is to inspire others to incorporate exercise and nutrition as an effective way of combating their own personal obstacles. I aim to share my passion for fitness and show every client the endless benefits of maintaining a faithful workout program -- because fitness is a lifestyle!
